It should have a small paperclip type reset hole.

Hit that, give it a few seconds and then connect your computer.

If you're not back to a 192.168.x.x address now then either a) your getting your IP address from the ISP not the router (which it shouldn't do in the default config with things plugged in correctly) or b) Something very very weird is going on.

That does assume that there are no settings in the router that you need to keep.
