Is the sun also setting at 2pm in the afternoon? Mortaine had a link in her lj to a site that said time set/rise, etc. For Ostersund Sweden it said it set I think at 14:17. Here it sets around 6pm and rises around 8am.(oh and it's 8C out *g*)
