say "You are wrong and deserve to die". Calling someone a terrorist is such a nice and easy way to justify doing anything to hir - to dehumanize hir. If the leaders of the freedom fighters are to be removed in the name of peace, it MUST be by legitimate means that all Iraqis have agreed to abide by. Or at least an overwhelming majority. I don't think it is correct to apply the label of "terrorist" to someone who is fighting an invader with any available means. Including using volunteers to carry bombs into the enemy camp. If you think about what the resistance movements in European countries did during WWII to help combat the German invaders, you would not call the current resistance in Iraq terrorists simply because they are fighting against the invading US forces. The end can never justify the means. A peace bought by the unjustified killing of even a single person cannot last. What is required to do something effective about those still resisting any US attempt to impose a government in Iraq is a much tougher question. But I sincerely believe that the means must be above reproach - that the means must stem from the highest moral standing.
