So had no idea. I know that must seem weird as I'm in my 30's but somethings people don't necisarily use words for very often if at all. While I've seen those welded loops on locker doors, storage boxes, etc. I've never heard a word that means them. Now I'm wondering if there are other things I have a picture for that are common but I have no word for.(usually it doesn't occur to you til something makes it occur like this thread re the "shackle") :) I cleaned out my magazines awhile ago. Some I gave to charity but most I threw away. My comic collection though is never going to get tossed...
