I will contact them while telling I have already applied. They can try as much as they want to for compensation. Fortunetaly this is DK so they know beforehand that they won't get anything out of it. Even if they tried I have time stamps on when I saw the original add the first time a week ago. They didn't contact me until afterhours today. Hopefully I won't even need to think about it at all. If things work out well I will have a different job after tomorrow.
