I was taking the OTC strength daily on doctor's orders for treatment of tendonitis-like symptoms in my wrist and shoulder. Now they're saying it's fine to take it, but not for more than 10 days straight. Does that mean I should take the 11th day off and go back on it? or is that 10 days per month? 10 days per year? 10 days ever?!? To be safe, I've cut off all usage (I was using it for months once per day) and now I am dealing again with the constant dull ache that disappeared months back... sigh.
