Tortellini Primavera
All measurements are in US standards

Abbreviations used:
T = Tablespoon
t = Teaspoon
C = Cup
oz = Ounces


1 C Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 T Butter or Margerine
1 10oz package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
1 8oz package soft cream cheese
1 medium tomato
1/4 C Milk
1/4 C Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 t Italian Seasoning
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
8 to 9 oz fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini, cooked and drained

Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, and garlic in butter in large skillet. Add all remaining ingredients, except
tortellini. Mix well. Cook until mixture just begins to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in tortellini. Cook until
thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings
