To reply to someone's message, click the 'Reply' link on the bottom-right corner of their message.
You're given a new screen with a 'subject' edit-field, a 'comments' edit-field, and a preview button.
Type your message, then click preview.
You're given a new screen that looks the same except you can see what your reply will look like, and 2 buttons - 'Submit' and 'Preview'.
If there are any problems with your reply (spelling mistakes, etc) fix them, then press preview again.
Keep this up until you're happy with the reply, then press submit.
