In my experiance WAAS doesn't work here (North Dakota) on the ground. I can get it with the same unit while flying, but not on the ground. Tiredness and alphabet soup made me mistake RTCM for RMC under NMEA. But I'm beginning to doubt the need for DGPS. I should hook my Garmins up to an IP source of DGPS and see what difference it makes.
