Odds are that the filesystem is toast. You might be able to get some sense out of it if you put it in another computer (that's assuming the hard drive isn't dead), but I'm not sure if NTFS even keeps backups of the superblock and such. It backs up some basic stuff, according to the Linux NTFS project, but probably not enough to really be useful.
