There could be obstructive sleep apnea associated with the snoring (which would be consistent with the disruption to your own sleep); but I don't know if palate-stiffening techniques are so much help, as is reduction of overgrown tissues (which, BTW, hurts like h4 at first, but turned out to be worth a day or two of drug-suppreseed agony, and a few weeks of waning soreness). YMMV, etc. -- HadEnuf?
