for a Win 95 or 98 machine or whatever they were. No web browser, no opening explorer it was locked down, but the windows default install programs you could use, if you could access the start menu (only by hitting the start menu key) and back then only some keyboards had the key. hehe My college was very... self managed... there were no classes, courses were taken independently, and you took the test and moved on when you felty ou were ready
