How many people are actually doing what they were supposedly learning how to do in college? Not I. My last job I did some Novell stuff that I paid out the nose to have taught to me a few years earlier, but where I am at now is 100% OJT. I don't even think people teach this stuff anywhere. Yep, this line of questioning is inspired by this thread.
