I won't be a trademark lawyer because pretty much all firms that do trademarks also do patents, and they require an undergrad degree in sciences and I don't have one of those. In the real world, if I'm an attorney at all, it'll be transactional work. There's always time to consult references. In the real world, I'll have years to develop familiarity with factors and tests and whatnot. Instant memorization won't be expected. My memory sucks. It always has. The only thing I've ever been able to memorize with any consistency is music, and that's from repetition and muscle memory. Not from rote.
