my 4 day struggle is finaly at an end	by Nightwind	2004-12-15 11:14:13
Civilisation 3 is installed, and running properly now. This is Civ Complete... honestly the most complete civ game ever. I was not able to win the first sitdown for a change. Couldn't even manage an ancient conquest with a tech advantage... And this was on easyest, i can usualy manage a win right off like that. It's brutal, almost harder then installing it. It took 3 reinstalls, 12 hours downloading patches, another 16 installs to determine thay where all the wrong patches (it was 3 patches, that could have required any number of them, or 0 of them to be installed at once) and then a complete reinstall of windows... and then it ran... only... every time i put the disk in.. autorun.. crashes, twice.
