There is more of Saruman in his tower at the start The Faramir/Eowyn story gets a brief look in. Aragorn and the army of the dead capturing the ships is in there. There more charactor based scenes involving the other charactors e.g. a drinking contest between Gimli and Legolas That's no where near enough to account for 50 minutes but they were the big bits I noticed. As before a number of scenes seemed longer but I couldn't tell you exactly how.
