The fact that everyone has voice chat is both a blessing and a curse. It makes team play easy, but it also means you have to listen to every 9 year old complain when you put a sniper round through their head.

Not just 9 year-olds. The gamut of pre-pubescent behaviour in online gaming can run all the way into the 40s in my experience.
