At the same reunion that I "rediscovered" Karen, I met a guy that I had been best friends with in grade school, but we had a falling out in 7th grade and hadn't spoken in 30 years. We shook hands and had a really nice conversation. He introduced me to his wife, and asked me to tell a couple of stories. It was good.
