Part of my college period, things got kinda strange at the end of tests, especially just before I would go home. Worst one, with anxiety about going back to my parents combined with some nasty tests, I ended up running a temperature of 104 F (still don't know how I did the 8 hour drive home running that level of fever... I definitely don't remember most of the drive). It would kick in, high fever, tired, weird appetite. So, it could be just an anxiety combination... or, to be honest, could be the happy go lucky flu.
