Changing around your sleep schedule that much may do it to you. It sure screws me up. I find showering first thing after I get out of bed helps. Eating breakfast is good too, my day does NOT start without it, but it sounds like you've been taking care of that. Good luck on any finals you have left. I wrapped up mine today :-D Heading home tomorrow.
