With some of my straight friends, we've occasionally used "queer". When it comes to "fag", some of my queer friends and I will use it from time to time. "Fag hag" comes to mind. For "dyke", I can't really say. I would have to say that the safe words to use are "gay" or "lesbian". But, as stated above... It's all about intent.
