they would just have to shave them first, at least thats what they did to me. (no I don't have nuts... but the 2 tattoos I have are where hair grows and all they did was make sure it was freshly shaven) and second, any decent tattoo artist will NOT tattoo you if you have ANY alcohol or drugs in your system, some places actually have breathalizers to check (like in New Orleans). From what I'm told alcohol makes you bleed more and the tatto will just be a big blur istead of a nice crisp piece of art.
