I can imagine it would be hard to tattoo in a forest. Also the guy would have to be tipsy or out. So at least the majority of his body isn't moving considering tattoos take awhile. And well testicles on their own move.(frankly I think they look like they breathe and since it's reactive to touch must be hell to tattoo)
