Was it a cut and coterize? I had tubal ligation but mine was a cut and coterize which are 99.9% effective I believe. Regular tubal ligations are still highly effective(I think in the 90's % wise) but do have some risk still. Tubal ligations still have slight chance of etopic pregnancy I think. But it could simply be your off cycle for whatever reason or have some flu. There are other things too that can mess with hormones. A few times I wondered if I was though I knew deep down I couldn't get preggers. It was simply my cycle went erratic for a little while. It later returned to normal.
