.... are kinda hampered when they are trying to run. Possibly I would wait till they are safely ashore, and then launch the inflatable to go over. Maybe call in some people from the land-side. It's a little unlikely that I could "capture" them with one inflatable anyway. The land-based reinforcements can keep them from going inland, and after they all had a little picknick on the beach together I would try to persuade them do get on the boat and get back. Maybe get some imigration officials out there to maybe figure something out to get families back togeter.
