I'll have to research all of that when i get home tonight...im not very familiar with many of the calibers etc. I've been looking at the Remington 700/710 line, as well as the Model 40-X. I know the 700 is a tried and proven line...but nothing of the Model 40-X. Do you know if gun shops will let you fire a rifle before you buy it? Or does it depend on the shop?
