BUT... My gynecologist warned me on the very off-chance that I became preggers after my tubal, that the chances for an ectopic pregnancy were vastly increased - like in the >80% range. (ectopic pregnancy is when the egg starts growing in the abdominal cavity). That can kill you. Get tested as soon as you can. Please.
