Where exposed flesh turns into popsicle in 30-60 seconds. I assume you're talking Celcius, no? Even though that is just about the tipping point where both units of measurements are equal. I've been at -25F (actual) with gusts taking the wind chill to -55F. So cold you can't even pee. I swore that if I did another hitch in the Army after that one was done I was going to re-up for Hawaii, and that's exactly what I did. My hands and feet are hurting just thinking about that kind of cold. brrrrrrrr Stay warm.
