Actually, unless you go through the top of the glans ( a Reverse PA ) or through the shaft (a deep Apadravya, or Ampallang) any other mods to the penis are pretty tame. And I don't know about anybody else..but the SKIN on my testicles isn't the part that hurts...it's what's INSIDE. I mean, unless you catch it in the zipper, when's the last time you hurt the actual sac? (oh, sorry if the subject line SOUNDS mean, i didn't intend for that to happen...) \/\/
