that if the US or whichever particular state is going to have a death penalty, it needs a major overhaul. The way it is set up now is laughable. (If you can laugh at death) I also think that the sentences need to be more analogous. I know of some people that have done far worse than Scott Peterson and have received a far less sentence than death or even life imprisonment.
