On 9/11, (Bush's defense for everything he's done including getting re-elected), there was a video played the day of that was throttled after receiving extensive airplay besides that of the planes flying into the world trade center. The video was of a woman ululating in celebration in a mid-east country. At the time, with videos of the planes crashing into the buildings, that picture of her acted as a release for pent up rage and blame. It probably directed a lot of subliminal anger towards her but that's a topic for another day.
Outside of Scott Peterson's trial were a crowd of people who when they heard of the verdict started doing versions of ululations of their own.
What, pray tell, is the difference between the people outside of Scott Peterson's courthouse and that middle-eastern lady who ululated in celebration of 9/11? |
