Death Penalty by BuggedEyes2006-11-19 12:55:59
The death penalty is indefensible. by mmell2004-12-14 08:00:26
*sigh* How about practicality? by Voltigeur 2004-12-14 08:10:37
100% of murderers who are executed never commit another crime again. Can the same be said of murderers who are locked up and then paroled or escape? As far as I am concerned if a person puts him or herself outside of the law to commit a crime then it is reasonable to forego the basic human rights that they denied to their victims.
