Death Penalty by BuggedEyes 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Hi

I live in the U.S. in the San Francisco Bay area and as such have been inundated by news of Scott Peterson's trial.

As such I'm not going to automatically assume that everyone in the world has been riveted to this trial by jury. Summed up, Scott Peterson was accused and found guilty of killing his known to be pregnant wife and dumping her off of a boat. He had been cheating on her and basically been found to be an all around bad egg.
Scott Peterson was found to be guilty and the jury just recommended the death penalty to be administered. The judge will come back around Feb-Mar to declare the punishment but that's it in a nutshell.

My question for Ufies around the world:

What do you think of the United State's death penalty, and what does it say to you about us for using it?
