| OK. I have a legitimate business need to get at the PDF leaflet linked to from this page; it could affect how I can get to w***. So I can justify accessing it and printing a copy. Only, I'm on the Government "secure" (har har) intranet, so port 8402 is blocked; thou shalt not connect on any port but 80 if it's HTTP.
Don't suppose anyone could mirror it on a sensible webserver? Thankfully, the access policy is still "you can access anything except what you can't" rather than "you can't access anything except what you can"... which is how come I can reach UF. |
