Failing that a visit to a spa (you can get vouchers for things like manicures and facials) or something to do with one of her interests. Clothes are also good, although the offer to take her shopping would be the best idea there. You could present it in a sweet way and write out a little IOU 'One shopping trip' or somethig and and put it in a little box and then wrap it and give it to her. This all depends if she is like me though. All those things - Would love them! What am I getting? Glasses. My SO - The romantic.
