restrictions. It may not be blaringly loud but things aren't supposed to be hearable after 11pm I think. Or maybe it's 1am here. But there is a specific time of night that you can't have noise hearable outside a residence in a residential area. After 6:30 or 8am I think it's aloud to be noisy again. But it actually affects even construction workers here. I don't think they start before 6:30 am because noise levels would get them fined. For night clubs they are in commercial but even they must obey bilaws on noise time of day restrictions.(commercial areas are a bit different than residential though I think)
