        This is a trick that used to work with Win2K by Liava 2004-12-12 11:56:39
It might work for you, too.

Go to the system folder, make sure you can see hidden/system files, and protected OS files, and then look for a file called "desktop.ini" (IIRC, I could be wrong, but it should be a hidden file).

Delete that file.
