Feral cats are euthanized by the dozens to hundreds in most urban animal shelters. These aren't pets we're talking about... although some ex-pets also are euthanized, the shelters where I volunteer the vast majority that die are ferals. They'd be available IF this were considered humane or sanitary... that's where I have my doubts but will read the clicky!
