Sites that have poor colour concept. I'm taking the bright pee yellow backgrounds with white text or offwhite text. They are hard to read as the text somewhat blends with the background. Then add in they are so bright it looks like a cat puked up a technocolour hairball. :P (I might add some reasonable looking places with floating backgrounds have this issue of text also being hard to read if a transparent scroll box sits over them. It's font colour vs something in that background)
