I have captured a big scary-looking bug by oot 2004-12-06 21:29:35
This was not a very difficult task, as it was dead, which reduced its tendency to resist capture. I did not make it dead (I don't do that... I would have ignored it or let it go outside if it was alive).

I am hoping it's a moth... I don't want to consider the possibilities if it isn't. Are there any species of moths known to be active during the winter, have shiny translucent brown wings, be over an inch long, and have antennae almost as long as their bodies?
