Can someone please explain by voxwoman2004-12-06 18:19:22

I watched #8 and the first "movie" by voxwoman 2004-12-06 18:34:18
tonight. #8 (the last 3 episodes) are what really tweaked my brain, because they are very different from what has come before. The rest of the series (we saw everything exept Dvd collections #4 and #7, which are missing from our Blockbuster) is fairly linear storytelling. I was guessing that the story was going someplace else entirely (and to me, anyway, it would have been a pretty cool place to go).

I've got 1 more movie to go. I saw "resurrection" or more specifically "Death and Rebirth" which, I think, had a lot of scenes from the missing 3 episodes in collection #7. However, the movie was edited very differently from the series, and it was not linear storytelling at all.

I'd really prefer to borrow or rent the missing DVD collection. I don't care for this series enough to own it. Maybe they'll show this in the anime room at Philcon over the weekend. Or I'll bug some fen at the convention - it'll give me something to talk about, I guess.
