I wouldn't.

Text only is much safer (no iframe exploit, as in Outlook's using IE to render HTML), and less annoying (no flashing images).

Not to mention that you can't accidentally tip the spammer off that your address is live by having your mail client fetch a 1x1 transparent GIF from a CGI script which parses your email address' unique ID from the GET variables (and subsequently marks your address as "live" in the spammer's database).

Of course, at work we use Outlook (2002), and AFAIK it doesn't have any way to turn off HTML email viewing. It also has no way of viewing the source of a message unless you open it up (at which point IE fetches all the images...) and right click in the IE viewport that it uses to render it. Moronic program.
