But certain parts of the legal system aren't part of that. With the workplace there are rules and they can fire you. If you do something blatant then yea they can call the cops and cops do something.(person needs to physically touch you or show a pattern of harassment... which you can get the phone company or people to back someone up on) I'm more miffed at family court as it's rather ineffective. As is I've been waiting for them since june to process some papers and they still aren't done.(I can't get my divorce without them) Quality of life here is good however. And you actually have alot of privacy rights and other things. Actually some extra rights due to UN act's we have embraced that not all countries have. shrug
