I do not drink or smoke, nor have I in the past. My daily average caffeine consumption would probably be 0. I can't stand fizzy things or coffee, and I have been unable to obtain penguin mints locally, so I've pretty much been caffeine-free for a while. I usually spend several hours lying in bed trying to sleep. I may then wake up anywhere from 0-6 times per night. For a few weeks, melatonin seemed to help with this, but it doesn't any more, even after I took a break from it for several days. |
