...when you take it out of storage, when you clean it, when you put it in the truck to go hunting, when you take it out of the truck when you get to the hunting area, when you return from the field to put the weapon back in the truck, when you return home and pull it out of the truck, when you go to cleam it, and before you store it again.

I may have missed a few times you are supposed to check whether or not it's empty.
