It's useless outside a single room, and G is as fast as it is. A = 54MBPS B = 11MBPS G = 54MBPS Any G router will be able to talk to B devices, but at 11MBPS lower speed. and G device can talk to a B router but at 11MBPS. Cheapest choice if its just for internet connection go pure B. If you want speed and can spend some extra money, go G, anything be will be able to interact with it. Forget about A compleatly.
