About Fantasy books by Winsmith 2004-12-06 10:14:32
If I had a little budget to get me some more books, what would you recommend? I'd really like to broaden my fantasy horizon, at the moment mostly defined by Tolkien, Pratchett, Stephenson and Philipp Pullman. I've also read Matt Ruff and Douglas Adams, and liked the one a bit, the other terribly much.
I'm also slightly interested in Science Fiction of all kinds. Would you, you know, just tell me your favourite book or stuff? I want to reeeeaaaaad!
