Just so you understand in OK if you look at a girl and she doesnt like it she can have a police officer file sexual harrasment charges against you. So as for the OK - Canada thing if you like to live and a Police state where its legal to drive your car drunk as long as they cant find your car keys when they pull you over. GO for it.
