dumbing down to that point is a realistic solution. This is a perfect OS, not a game of "sacrifice features for the stupid". The only perfect biometric scanner would (IMHO) require either continuous eye-tracking after a retina scan, or a genuinely mind-controlled computer. That's the only way you can guarantee who is using the computer at all times. Those fingerprint mice are just stupid.
