been using cached autenntication data? I just discovered my domain controller was shut down. I found out when I tried to join the new machine I am building to the domain and it failed. This could be part of my DNS issues also, since it was the alternate DNS server on my network. I'll have to look at the logs and see if I can figure out when it shut down and why. I don't recall a power outage recently that would have completely drained the UPS units that supply my network.
